Anti-Aging Segment Grows 8%

Demand for hair care drives market

The anti-aging category shows no signs of aging. More than 25 years after the debut of alpha-hydroxy acid-based products and other effective formulas, anti-aging product sales continue to grow and are expected to add 8.2% a year through 2027, according to a new study by Visiongain. Visiongain puts the global anti-aging cosmeceuticals market at $11.9 billion in 2016 and notes that last year, the hair segment dominated the anti-aging cosmeceuticals market at an estimated value of $3.6 billion...
